Core Stability Training

Core stability forms a large part of the rehabilitation with a majority of problems that we see. It is the training of specific muscles that stabilise the trunk to provide stability and control.

We also use Clinical Pilates, this is specifically designed for the purpose of rehabilitation and have a Pilates Reformer to use where indicated. (The reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows individuals to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility). Our Chartered Physiotherapists have expertise in stability retraining to help optimise the outcome of treatment.
